Meet Dr. Ruben Ramirez

Our Oral Surgeon has been doing oral surgeries for more than 30 years.
He started his career at Pontificia Universidad Javeriana Dental School in Santa Fe de Bogota Colombia in June 1983.
He did his first residency at the army hospital in Columbia from Jan 1986 to Dec 1988. Then, at Louisiana State Dental school from Dec 2003 to July 2005.
He has experience fellowship in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery from San Diego at Center for Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
During his academic journey he did social services in Colombia.

Dr. Ramirez has a special touch with his patients. He makes sure his patients are completely numb before starting any procedure. He also explains all the risks and benefits of removing wisdom teeth with an CBCTSCAN image explanation of each case.
Dr. Ramirez enjoys outdoor activities such as riding bicycle with his son.
His favorite time of the day is spending quality time with his family for dinner in a daily basis.
